Calling all chefs and lovers of cassoulet! Our Tenth Annual Cassoulet Cookoff will take place on Saturday, January 20th from 12 -3 p.m., pop up location in NYC at the brooklyn kitchen, Williamsburg . This year’s event is being co-hosted with Chefs’ Consortium, which will help source local ingredients for chefs.
Tickets are now on sale and we still have spaces available for both amateur and professional chefs, with features of the cookout to include:
