Restaurant Reason is very excited to be participating in bonfire's unique food adventure for a third season, alongside some of our friends and clients. This is the last event of our 2018 season, so we hope you can make it!
Inspired by the sports of the late fall season, this event highlights unique cuts and rare finds sourced from both farms, and in the wild, with partners like Cascun Farm and Hudson Valley Harvest.
Restaurant Forgione's Chef de Cuisine, Andy Knudson, and Beverage Director, Jordan Hall, pair up to explore unusual dishes and pairings to test your palette and expand the idea of what is possible over live fire. Guests are welcomed to the farm with snacks and beverages, before beginning their live fire culinary exploration featuring chef-led demos, hands-on cooking in embers, tap line tour, maple cocktail competition--culminating in a fireside family meal with Crown Maple, guest chefs, purveyors and bonfire crew.
